During each home visit, you'll receive a range of services tailored to your property's needs. We'll discuss any additional support you may require to ensure your home is well-cared for. While basic services are included in the weekly or biweekly fee. There may be extra charges for specialized tasks. After every inspection, you'll receive a detailed Home Watch Inspection Report. These services and the associated agreement will all be thoroughly explained upfront.

After each visit, you’ll receive a detailed email report outlining any issues identified. This report includes a digital timestamp for verification and GPS-based location data, giving you peace of mind that we were on-site and your home was properly checked.
